The mission of Save Lyon-Martin is to ensure the long-term survival of Lyon-Martin Health Services and the community it serves while maintaining the core values of the clinic’s mission.
Goal One
Obtain emergency funding from the City and County of San Francisco, Foundations, Grants, and community partners to balance the budget and continue our services in the immediate future.
Goal Two
Lift the hiring freeze and return staffing to previous capacity so community demand for services are met.
Goal Three
Partner with the City and County of San Francisco, Lyon-Martin staff and invested community members to strategically plan for long-term sustainability, which includes re-structuring and diversifying funding streams while maintaining the mission and a by us/for us model of care.
